Lumbermens submits second quarter financials
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE LONG GROVE, ILL. – August 16, 2010– Lumbermens Mutual Group (formerly known as Kemper Insurance Companies) filed its second quarter 2010 financial statements (LMC financial statement - AMM financial statement) on Thursday, August 12, 2010. Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Company (LMC) posted a statutory surplus of $12.2 million as of June 30, 2010. American Manufacturers Mutual Insurance Company (AMM), a mutual company under common management with LMC, posted statutory surplus of $10.7 million for the same period.
