Vanguard Transition Update

LONG GROVE, ILL. – December 27, 2005 – Stable Value Fund Earnings - Vanguard posts earning to the Stable Value Fund, Vanguard Retirement Trust and similar investments, such as money market funds, once a month on the last business day. The earnings will be posted to participant accounts at the close of business on the first business day of the new month. This is a change from our prior record keeper, who posted stable value earnings daily.

All other funds in the plan are valued daily.
