Remember to provide prescriptions to your new healthcare provider

All retirees and employees on leave of absence for greater than a year who are accessing healthcare benefits through Kemper next year must send their prescription drug information to their new plan as of January 1, 2005. Each health plan being offered next year includes a prescription drug card for retail and mail order prescriptions.

Retirees age 65 and older should contact Marsh@WorkSolutions, our third-party administrator, with questions. They can be reached at 800.899.6281. Press option 1 when prompted.

Retirees ages 55 – 64 and employees on leave of absence greater than one year who are participating in the group supplemental hospital indemnity insurance program offered through CEBA can call 800.236.4782 with questions. New York residents can call GHI at 866.444.4995. (Reminder to GHI plan participants: this is an individual/family plan, so use your name when asking questions rather than referring to Kemper.) Those who are electing to secure additional coverage through the Marsh Health Insurance Mart should contact the applicable plan directly.
